Scope of Work
- Jetty construction: demolition of 280 m of existing jetty and construction of a new 780 m jetty, 37.30 m wide; driving of 1,256 pcs 1320×20 mm piles; 2,100 tons of piperack fabrication; 60,000 m³ concrete pouring; installation of 47 loading arms, 47 quick release hooks, 111 fenders; fabrication of the fire pump station, flow metering station and operator building; piping of the piperack line; electrical and instrumentation works.
- Quay strengthening: demolition of 640 m of existing quay and construction of 640 m of new quay; driving of 284 pcs 1016×20 mm piles and 278 pcs 1016×14 mm piles; bollard and ring installations; fabrication of 57 raker piles; placement of 70,000 tons of 0–400 fill; 9,000 m² of yard concrete works.
- Steel structures: erection of 1,950 tons (3-storey) piperack; fabrication of canopies for the fire pump station and the flow metering system.
- Mechanical: installation of 47 loading arms; supply and installation of the firefighting system; supply and installation of 4 diesel fire pumps inside the pump station building; supply and installation of steam distribution and condensate collection systems; supply and installation of 104 motor-operated valves of various sizes; supply of 47 quick release hooks on the jetty and vessel berthing aids.
- Electrical: 145,000 m of cabling (95,000 m power + 50,000 m instrumentation), 180 lighting fixtures, 11,000 m of conduit, 130 instruments, fire alarm system, CCTV and public address system.
