Container Terminal

The DP World Yarimca Container Terminal is one of Turkey’s largest container terminals with a capacity of 1.3 million TEU. As Körfezdeniz İnşaat, the piled quay substructure and superstructure together with the breasting dolphin were completed in a record time and made ready for port crane assembly and operations. Under the DP World Yarimca Container Terminal project—one of Turkey’s largest container ports with 1.3 million TEU capacity—the piled quay substructure and superstructure and the breasting dolphin were constructed.

*Driving of Ø1219 mm, 19 mm wall thickness, up to 55 m (max.) long steel pipe piles using our equipment (759 pcs)

*Performance and reporting of a total of 1,059 PDA tests on driven piles

*Construction of the reinforced concrete quay superstructure (37,500 m³)

*Driving of Ø2032 mm, 35 mm wall thickness, 55 m long steel pipe dolphin piles (3 pcs) and dolphin superstructure construction

*Fabrication of quay utility trenches

*Installation of quay accessories
