Scope of Work
Construction of the access bridge and 4 berthing dolphins:
- Driving of 139 pcs Ø1600 mm, t=25 mm steel pipe piles with lengths between 34 m and 52.50 m
- 15 pile dynamic analysis (PDA) tests on steel pipe piles
- Fabrication and installation of 1,050 tons of superstructure steel comprising HEB1000/HEB340/HEB300/HEB200 profiles and plates of various thicknesses
- Production and installation of 190 precast reinforced concrete slabs
- 2,772 m³ concrete pouring
- 400 tons rebar installation
- 3,684 pcs Ø19/300 mm stud welding
- 55,262 pcs Ø19/150 mm stud welding
- Installation of 20 fenders
- Supply and installation of 11 pcs 35 t/50 t bollards
- Installation of 32 pcs mooring/berthing winches, sheaves, swivel heads and wire stoppers
